Experience

Renee co-founded ProTen Realty Group. During her 30+ years in commercial real estate, Renee has worked on transactions valued at over $3.5 billion. She has been involved in all aspects of commercial real estate including corporate relocations, building purchases and sales, master planning, renewals, build-to-suits, dispositions and account management. Renee’s specialty is to troubleshoot on difficult transactions.  

 

Prior to ProTen, Renee was in charge of the local operations of a national real estate firm, which she led to profitability within 10 months. Renee has spoken on many panels with the City and the State on the Boeing transaction.  She is also an active investor in startups.
