Kurt Walsh


Kurt is a co-founding member of ProTen Realty Group. During his 38 years in commercial real estate, Kurt has worked on transactions valued at over $4.5 billion ranging from 1,500 square foot sales offices to 400,000 square foot headquarters all over the U.S. Kurt has been involved in all aspects of corporate real estate including: corporate relocations, building purchases and sales, master planning, renewals, build-to-suits, dispositions and account management. Prior to starting ProTen, Kurt led the corporate accounts division of an international real estate services firm where he handled transactions in virtually every primary and secondary market in the country. Kurt also expanded the corporate services work of another multi-national services company. Kurt has spoken frequently to economic development groups related to his national site selection experience.
