As part of our brokerage services we offer a wide variety of Consulting Services including government incentives. ProTen remains flexible in all respects when addressing a particular client’s needs.  ProTen realizes that not all activities required by a client will result in a transaction, or commissionable event paid by a third party, but  ProTen is committed to providing the highest level of complete service. For instance, when our client has a strong relationship with the owner and does not want to introduce a broker, yet still needs the expertise of a tenant broker, we have successfully coached our clients from the background.

 

In all cases, ProTen strives to keep the direct costs to the client at a minimum.
