Experience

Art has over 35 years in commercial real estate including landlord and development work, and business ownership experience. He supervised the management and leasing of multi-asset, multi-state property portfolios for institutions such as MetLife and Cigna.  A founding member of ProTen Realty Group, Art has represented clients in Dallas, Portland, and the entire mid-west. Art’s work has included building sales and acquisitions, both public corporate and private firm relocations, financial processing facility start-ups, land sale for assembly, lease renewals, and project financing.  He has represented a wide variety of firms, and specializes in locating real estate that satisfies client investment and operational needs.
